I would like to express my deepest felt thanks and also praise God for Pastor Crist's knowledge of the word of God, rightly divided. I am fairly new to rightly dividing. I began last August or September (2008), having come out of the Pentecostal church, knowing that there was something wrong, and nearly ready to give up on God, because things were just not adding up for me. I was led to right division by a dear sister in Christ that I will love for the rest of my life.
In being kinda "young" in Pauline doctrine, I never knew that there was a further division among Pauline dispensationalists (mid-Acts vs. Acts 28). I thought that all right dividers believed the same thing. Boy, was I wrong...
I had an Acts 28 pastor, I will not mention his name, begin e-mailing me some of his doctrine, and teachings. It did not line up with what I had already been taught, but his arguments seemed so convincing. I prayed for God to give me discernment, in some way. I already had some of Pastor Crist's lessons that my dear sister in Christ had sent to me, and I had also seen his room on Paltalk. I went to Paltalk, and found the room "Weekly Lesson by Curt Crist", and saw the web address for this site. I came here and saw the link to the Lessons. In clicking on, I began scrolling through the lessons, and I found the 2008 Smokey Mountain Grace Bible Conference, and the lessons titled "The Acts 28 Position".
I downloaded both parts, and listened to them both at one sitting....... WOW. My eyes were opened, and ALL of the confusion disappeared that had been caused by the other pastor, not to mention the despair that I felt in knowing that there were divisions, even in Pauline dispensationalists. Thank you, Pastor Crist! All of my questions were answered by these two valuable lessons. They were clear, concise, and plain easy to understand. God has truly blessed you with understanding, and an ability "to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery".
I thoroughly enjoy learning with you, and hearing you teach the word of God, rightly divided. Thank you.

Hi Darryl, I too, am fairly new to "right dividing", maybe 6 years or so.
While this isn't on topic re: the Acts 28 position, I just wanted to recomend Curt's series from 2006 on "The Dual Redemptive Purpose of God", that really helped put into perspective where we fit in, vrs Israel.

I second that! That is an excellent big picture view of Israel's program.
